The bright living area with its open-plan kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It features a sofa bed, a 40″ Smart SAT-TV with soundbar, and a large dining table for evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a bean-to-cup coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, toaster and kettle. Large windows and underfloor heating with individual room controls keep things comfortable in every season.

Two bedrooms with double beds (180×200 and 160×200 cm), each with a Smart SAT-TV, invite you to sleep in. The bathroom features a rain shower, a large washbasin, a hairdryer, and hand and bath towels. There’s also a separate toilet and an entrance hall. With the sofa bed, the apartment sleeps up to six.

From the south-facing balcony, enjoy views across Ehrwald to the surrounding peaks—the perfect spot for your first coffee of the day or a glass of wine after a day in the mountains. Your car can stay in one of our private parking spaces, and an EV charging station is available for electric cars.

Ehrwald lies at the foot of the Zugspitze. From our apartment, you can easily walk to the Wetterstein Bergbahnen valley station, grocery stores, restaurants and sports shops. In winter, enjoy the ski slopes, cross-country trails and winter hiking paths. In summer, explore mountain lakes such as Seebensee, go cycling or take in the views from a summit. Outdoor adventures and great food are right on your doorstep.
